Keychain & Tube Display Boxes
Description of the product
We have 2 new retail displays we need designs for. The can be the exact same design but with just different text on them. There are 2 sizes. One is filled with small metal keychains that hold spices. Similar to a pill keychain holder. The second box holds tubes that will be filled with 3 of our other products which are the gumballs, Firedust, and a new product called Pebbles which are similar to Nerds candy.
Description of the product target audience
Any grocery store, gift shop, or gas station.
We would like display boxes that use the general color scheme of the gift boxes we currently sell. The displays should convey heat as everything that will be sold in the boxes are made from the world's hottest peppers. Each box is a square that does not have a top. Inside that square is a grid that does not need any design work. The grid is not pictured in the dielines so don't worry about it. The grid is there to hold the products vertically. On the right side of each dieline is the backing panel. It fits behind the grid inside the box. The tubes on the large box are 7.5 inches tall. The keychains on the small box are 3.25 inches tall. So you will want to have all text/important graphics above these heights on each backing. The grids in the boxes allow for 5 products in each row of 5 products deep. You will need to specify which product is in each row. From left to right - from mild to extremely hot there are as follows: Jalapeño - 5000 SHU Habanero - 300,000 SHU Ghost Pepper - 1.1 Million SHU Trinidad Scorpion - 1.2 Million SHU Carolina Reaper - 2.2 Million SHU You should emphasize heat. SHU stands for Scoville Heat Units and is a measure the how hot each pepper is. The keychain box will have 2 variations because each keychain can be filled with pepper flakes or pepper powder. Really you just need to create one of them as long as we can change the text. For the large tube box, it will be used for 3 separate products that all come in tubes. One box will have tubes that contain 6 gumballs each. Another box will have tubes filled with a sugar powder (kind of like a Pixie Stick. The final box will contain Pebbles which are like a nerd candy. Again, you do not have to create 3 separate boxes. You do need to make sure we can change the text to match each box. I am attaching the dielines for each box. You can see what our gift boxes look like here to give you some design ideas: https://www.sonoranspice.com/collections/gift-packs/products/carolina-reaper-trinidad-scorpion-ghost-pepper-flakes-gift-box Look here to see what the tubes look like that will fill the large box: https://www.sonoranspice.com/collections/spicy-candies/products/ghost-pepper-fire-dust-candy Here are the keychains that will fill the small box: https://www.sonoranspice.com/collections/spice-filled-keychains/products/sonoran-spice-spice-keychains Note there are only 4 keychains on our site. We will be adding another color which will be grey. So the colors will be as follows: jalapeno - green habanero - gold ghost pepper - red trinidad scorpion - silver carolina reaper - black I will get a prototype of the boxes and post pictures of them in a day or so. You could just work off the dielines since those are final. You should have graphics on the box and front of the backing. You do not need graphics on the back or inside of the box. You can make it all black if you wish. We will likely print nutrition labels to be placed on the back of the boxes. If you have some awesome design to put on bottom of the box you can do that, but it is not required as when the box is full of product it will not be seen. (hope that makes sense) We must have vector files. If you have any questions feel free to email me at email@example.com.
