Living life unbound – luxury food concept Vision Together we create a lifestyle brand for intensive enjoyment and supreme quality in the luxury food segment. But we want to give people more than just good products: we want people to feel free and to enjoy life, by being open to the world, by travelling and by experiencing new exciting things. Just being honest to oneself, and living life unbound. What we do - Coffee roasting, high quality products, communication of knowledge regarding our products, lifestyle concept Canals online shop and distribution to gastronomy The product We buy green coffee mostly directly from the farms, therefore we introduce our own label: “trace back to farm”. This is only for coffees that are completely traceable to their origin. These coffees are called specialty coffees. Trough professional selection we find out only coffees with a distinct flavor profile e.g. Peach, Blueberry, Plum, Nut, Chocolate, etc. Values What we stand for: Lifestyle, Fairness, Honesty, Origin, Naturally, Openness, Passion We want to convey, that what we sell are natural products, but like wine they embody passion and pleasure. The brand should not just be product focused, it's more important to communicate specific feeling and values. Therefore, it should be a lifestyle product. As a role model we so far took "innocent", "true fruits" or "my muesli" - but we gonna make it better;-) Target group Younger people, studied but already working, open for new tastes (enjoying wine tastings), living an open life style (eg. travelers), LOHAS (Lifestyle of health and sustainability), YUPPIES (Young urban professionals), etc. Naming Brand: unbound Product brand: brew-up Slogan: brew-up your day Flavors: • choc'n brew – blend • fruity beauty – blend • go nuts – blend • peachy keen – Ethiopia • merry blueberry – Kenya • plum crazy – Panama • nutty butty - Brazil --> give the flavors a color code
