"The Annihilation Virus" is a fictional post-apocalyptic novel which is based on a rogue virus that turn people into maniacs(sort of zombies). I took a different approach here, other than the typical designs with zombies and apocalyptic covers. Here I thought of presenting a cover that focuses more on the disease itself.

I wanted make the cover look more deadly, cold, menacing and infected but simple and bold at the same time.

I tried to achieve that through the typography only. It was a challenge but I think I did pretty well.

I hope this approach conveys the deadliness of the virus itself rather than using traditional zombies and cities.
