On line coaching for affluent people over 50 who want to continue to get and stay fit no matter what age and no matter where they are. Targeting those who make over 6 figures, are CEO's with busy schedules, 50 and over, former / aging athletes, busy schedules who need help navigating the over 50 changes to the body and health.

My client avatar is affluent, professional business executive / CE) type, active but aging so they may be experiencing the chronic pains associated with muscle atrophy. IE. they cardio to death, but have no balance with strength and flexibility. They travel and are well educated. I offer a high ticket comprehensive program for overall health and wellness. I educate, guide and empower them with skills. I am enrolling them in courses and one on one yearly programs. I work with them to incorporate health and wellness into all aspects of their lives especially work and travel. These are high ticket items, so the logo needs to have a certain sophistication and project class. They also like to be challenged and think they can still do everything they did in their early years. P.S. this is me in the pictures below at 52 - 59. They will be the same sort of people trying to not only be in that perfect physical shape, but will be learning how to be mindful and do more deep intrinsic core, midfulness training, and flexibility to balance out. I motivate by doing all the things they want to do....Nutrition and behavior / mindful work is also a big part of the equation.
