RobCSS got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
Caribbean Steel Sun Shirt Competition
Check out RobCSS's T-shirt contest…
This will be a sunshirt for a construction company. We intend to use the design as the back of a long sleeves UPF shirt for our crew in the field. We building structural steel buildings in the Caribbean. For structural steel, think steel trusses (like what you might see in the roof of a big-box store), steel beams, I-beams, tapered steel columns (like what you might see in a warehouse). We'd like a tropical/Caribbean vibe to go with where we work. Think palm trees, sun, waves, etc. Our logo is attached below for inspiration only (we want something unique). Additionally, I've attached an idea a guy in our office had incorporating steel beams and palm trees (this is just HIS idea supplied for inspiration, we are expecting creativity).
Some slogans we were kicking around: "Sun Sweat Steel" ... "Stand Up to the Storm"
What to avoid
We specifically DO NOT want our name on the shirt. We intend to give it to others and want them to wear it because it is cool and not be an advertisement for us.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. T-shirt starts at €189.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their t-shirt.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
RobCSS collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
