Design a shirt/hoodie for an LGBTQ+ podcast fundraiser

Hello! My podcast listeners are mostly between the ages of 28-59 and tend to be women, though I want the design to be for any gender. Many are also from the LGBTQ+ community. I want it to be creative and use the pallet and logo text best. The text can be way more subtle; it's big/long, so I don't want it to be the most prominent feature. You can also stack the text like: allyship is a verb It should look good on shirts and hoodies, starting with a light grey all the way to black. It won't be printed on any other colors than shades of grey and black. I am open to outside-of-the-box ideas as long as it best uses all of the queer flag colors, podcast title (not prominent), and space. Should fit in with the overall fun branding. I am doing a fundraiser for my LGBTQ+ podcast to help pay for my related fees. I want to use all of the colors of the queer flag, including black and white. The font is hero, all in lower caps like the podcast cover. I want to keep the text white. Black is missing from the podcast cover because I couldn't figure out a way to incorporate the black that didn't throw everything off, but I still want to use it. There isn't a tagline; the show's name doubles as that. The design should have a good balance/flow and focus more on the colors but still include the text. Have fun with it :)

I don't want it to feel like a podcast t-shirt or be overly busy. Not exactly like the podcast cover. I don't want it to take up all available space of a shirt/hoodie (especially not full-printed shirts, where every inch is printed on). Do not make it a box-y design like the podcast cover.
