Young Hip ZINGER T-Shirt

Our company logo is very clean and professional, so it's not the kind of thing young men and women would want to wear on a T-Shirt. I would like someone to create a T-Shirt that young adults and even teen agers would want to wear that has the word ZINGER on it. A few options would be: 1. Take our logo and just make it look old and worn out and faded and scratched, like in the picture of the tractor I uploaded. I would like to see it in orange on a dark grey/blue shirt like the one in the picture. 2. I would love it if someone took the name ZINGER and created something totally new and young and cool. It could be totally new, or it could be something new that incorporates our old logo. I would be impressed either way.

I would like a small round emblem on the back that incorporates our logo as well. I will upload a picture (ole') of something similar to what I am looking for. Of course, I want ours to say ZINGER, but you could use a similar crest or style, or do something totally different and unique. Whoever wins this contest will also get to do a one-to-one afterward, and maybe a few of them. We have FOUR logos for different companies that we want to do similar things with. We just need to find the right designer who can produce the feeling we are looking for and then we will probably just do one-to-ones afterward.
