AuPair.com - New banner, new picture, new colours
rafadc needed a new web page design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 105 designs submitted by 21 freelance designers.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
For the existing web page we need a new banner Picture and new colours, so that the website become more friendly and modern.
The website Structure should not be change.
Our main target users are families with children in age 30-55 Years.
And young women's in age of 18 - 28Years, who is open for the world, educated, and wish to find a job for a year as an Au Pair (nanny) in a host family in a foreign country and learn the host family language.
Good banner picture could include the family and the au pair like here:

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
No changes in the current structure, I am open for new colours and pictures. User Pictures a coming form the database, and changing frequently.
