We are a wedding venue for newly engaged couples looking for an upscale wedding venue.

We would like for this to be a VERY visual website with many pictures and captions. It should be a feminine design. It needs to be a responsive design. We have attached our logo to this brief. Please feel free to determine your own color scheme and add color to the logo. Be creative!

3. Packages & Vendors
Our full service packages allow us to do the work so you can focus on what matters on your big day – getting married! These packages include licensed catering, tables & chairs, linens, dinnerware, dance floors, complete set-up and clean up, ample parking, and much more.

Or if you are a budget minded bride – our basic packages allow you to utilize your own resources; your friends, your decor, and others. We give our brides the opportunity to do as much (or as little) of the work here at The Encore Hall.

Alcohol is permitted at The Encore Hall. Since we are located in a Dry Township - no alcohol can be sold on the premises, but it may be carried in by the client.

4. Pricing:
All Inclusive Package: $5,000 room rental + $25 per person
- Includes:
- Fully Catered Banquet Meal
- Complete set-up and clean up
- Tables and Chairs
- Dinnerware, Silverware, and Glassware
- Private Use of Bride Lounge and Groom Lounge
- Complimentary Suite at the adjacent Berlin Encore Hotel
- Discount hotel rates for event guests

Basic Package: $5,000 room rental only
- Ability to choose your own vendors and rental equipment

5. Accommodations
The Encore Hall is conveniently located adjacent to the brand-new 81-room Berlin Encore Hotel & Suites. Featuring luxurious rooms and suites, a grand lobby with soft seating area, pool and fitness room, and more. All of this is connected via a breezeway to the reception hall. Guests can enjoy easy access to their rooms without having to leave the building complex.
