About us
Wir schulen Gastronomen und Hoteliers im perfektem Umgang mit Fass- und Flaschenbier sowie der richtigen Gläserpflege. Diese Betriebe sollen mit dem Gütesiegel "Gepflegtes Bier" Ihre Kompetenz nach außen dokumentieren. Dies soll u.a. in Form von wertigen Schildern aus gravierten oder gegossenen Metall geschehen oder mit gravierten bzw. bedruckten Plexiglasschildern. Ansprechen möchten wir Gastronomen als Nutzer sowie Brauereien als Förderer.

AnbDas Logo soll seriös erscheinen, da es als Qualitätsversprechen an den Gast gerichtet sein soll. Ähnlich wie beim Muster von Hipp. Hierzu soll das Gütesiegel gut in eine Tafel integriert werden, auf der beispielsweise stehen soll: Das garantiere ich! Ihr (Unterschrift des Gastronomen). Es soll aber auch ergänzt werden können für Förderer. (z.B. Wir fördern die Initiative Gepflegtes Bier). Anbei einige Logos anderer Branchen, die mich ansprechen.
