About us
My products will be élan's Caribbean Flavours, a number of scotch bonnet peppers marinades, condiments , jams, jellies, barbque sauces. My intention is to blend my Caribbean background and flavours with my new Australian home. The products will all have scotch bonnet peppers as this is one product that distinguishes them as being Caribbean.

I want this to be modern, clean interpretation of Caribbean condiments and sauces. I want my products to say "caribbean" when you see them, you should instantly think tropics..vacation, great food, "comfy" food, yet spicy and exciting. I have seen other Caribbean products that would be competition or that have influenced my ideas and these are sold internationally (picture attached). I have also included a picture of me and one of one of my favourite spots in the Caribbean. I am open to ideas ....
