Als Resilienz- und Balance-Coach helfe ich dir, mit neuer Zuversicht schwierige Lebensphasen von innen heraus zu meistern und mögliche Blockaden oder körperliche Symptome aufzulösen. In deinem Transformationsprozess gehst du gestärkt hervor, um dir ein erfülltes Leben in Balance zu kreieren. Dies wird erreicht, indem ich dir deine neuen Fähigkeiten bewusst mache und nachhaltige Handlungsansätze aufzeige. Mein Ziel ist es: meine Klienten in einen resilienten und ausgeglichenen Zustand zu führen, um ihr eigenes Potential voll entfalten zu können. Zielgruppe: Hauptsächlich Frauen, die ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen vollen und sich in ihre innere Balance bringen wollen (emotionale Flexibilität), platt ausgedrückt: Frauen (und Männer), die sich in einer Midlife-Crisis befinden und den Weg raus suchen Branche: Coaching
