Ich habe eine kleine Hobby-Imkerei und möchte mir für die Kommunikation rund um die Imkerei sowie den Verkauf meiner Imkerei-Produkte ein passendes Logo erstellen ... Briefing: I would like to create a logo for my small hobby-apiculture: My bees are located in the heart of the Ruhr valley (city is called Bottrop), as link to this location I have chosen the name “Bee Ruhrpott“. The logo itself should appeal valuable, stylish and modern, it should become the main element on the label for my honey glasses (label needs to be developed afterwards), but also be used as separate brand visual of the apiculture (used in digital environment but also printed). Also the usage for printing of textiles might become an opportunity in a later stage, due to that it would be good, if it would be possible to receive also a separate, 2-colour version of the logo for this ... About the logo in general: I am completely open regarding the shape of the ... If it has a round or angular frame, a honeycombed frame (as link to the apiculture) or no frame at all is completely ... To give just a short impression in which direction I would like to develop the label for the glasses afterwards, I attached an example that I really like (just as information: my honey glasses will be normal glasses, but equipped with tin lids in matt black): On the label of the Manuka honey no separate logo in integrated, but the label has the appeal that I would also like to have: With the black background and the dark honeycombs it appeals to me valuable, professional, but regarding the design also modern and ... Especially the depths that they achieve due to the honeycomb-structure enhances the label significantly from my point of ... Regarding the design of the logo: As it is a apiculture where we are talking about bees, next to the name (Bee Ruhrpott) also one or several bees should be shown in the ... In the last weeks I had a look at a lot of apiculture logos and honey glass labels, sadly there is not really much that appeals fresh, modern, and valuable: many of the logos and labels seem to be self-made and I especially don’t like the pictures of the integrated ... I contrast to most existing logos and labels I don’t want a quite abstract bee (will attach a screenshot with a few bad logo ... The bees should not be illustrated that "easy" and abstract, please). Other apiculture logos are often designed completely abstract, I also don’t like this style and would like to avoid a logo in this ... I could imagine a more realistic illustration of a bee or a really more fresh and modern approach, ... in the centre of the logo a bee or face of a bee in a valuable comic or manga ... I am also open for other approaches, important for me is for the main part the appeal of the logo: as described, it should be fresh, modern, but also valuable and should stand out from the typical, mainly abstract standard logos that are often used for apiculture and ... If the logo in the end includes only one larger bee in the centre (or the face of a bee) or maybe smaller bees as silhouette, is completely ... Important is just the total impression of the ... What I also would like to avoid in the logo is the typical illustration of a beehive and a honeypot (as these are also often integrated in standard-logos). Due to my personal, already mentioned link to the Ruhr valley, I would like to integrate an illustration for this area of Germany in the logo, if possible: idea could be the usage of typical elements of the mining industry, actively combined with the main motive of the logo or maybe in the background of the ... First ideas could be the usage of the silhouette of a headframe in the background, usage of typical mining symbols like hammer and pick or miner’s helmet (for example in the background or maybe in the hands ... the head of a bee) or something ...
