Very happy with the whole process

Everything about my experience with 99designs was great. Answers to nearly all questions you may have prior to starting a contest are easy to find on the web site. The contest process itself was pleasant, communication with the designers is simple. The amount of design submissions I received went far beyond my expectations, made it tough to choose a winner from so many great options. I called the customer help line once and had a great conversation with a very experienced and knowledgeable person who was able to answer all my questions before I picked a winning design. The handover process was very smooth and simple to complete. I'll gladly use again and refer others to 99designs.

I love 99Designs because you KNOW what´s going to happen. The process itself is a big plus - in a week I always have my new design. I have used the service more than 20 times. What I DO think, is that users should either have, or ally them selves with someone with - professional design evaluation competence. If you know nothing about design - find a friend who does, and involve him/her in the process. 99Designs really works!

99designs is a wonderful idea! You get a variety of designs to choose from, and the designs are so creative and different. All of the designers were professional and creative.
